  1. Subscription Agreement

    1. This user agreement is between you and joonlo.com Gredstrond Limited (referred to in this Agreement as "we", "us" or "our") ("User Agreement").

    2. By selecting and purchasing your membership, you are agreeing to an ongoing subscription service to receive the benefits set out in this User Agreement and billed in advance monthly or yearly, depending on the type of subscription you select and purchase.

    3. To subscribe to joonlo.com, you must hold an existing joonlo.com account.

    4. Subscriptions are limited to a single user account and are not transferable.

    5. We may refuse any subscription at our discretion. Where we refuse a subscription (at or within a reasonable time after the subscription date), you will be provided with a full refund.

    6. Joonlo subscription is only valid to a maximum of 3 separate delivery addresses. You cannot change addresses more than once every 6 months.

  2. Monthly Subscription

    1. A monthly subscription entitles you to receive full member benefits set out in clause 4 for the month following the date of your subscription.

    2. Monthly subscriptions will be automatically renewed unless cancelled by you prior to the renewal date. The renewal date is the one-month anniversary of your subscription date or previous renewal date.

    3. Monthly subscriptions can be upgraded to an annual subscription at any time.

  3. Annual Subscription

    1. A yearly subscription entitles you to receive full member benefits set out in clause 4 for one year from the date of your subscription.

    2. Yearly subscriptions will be automatically renewed unless cancelled by you prior to the renewal date. The renewal date is the one-year anniversary of your subscription date or previous renewal date.

  4. Member Benefits

    1. Being a member entitles you to the following member only benefits on joonlo.com:

      1. free standard delivery on eligible products (subject to the exclusions in 4.3 below) for eligible goods sold by joonlo.com and participating Marketplace sellers;

      2. subscriber-only discounts on certain goods sold on joonlo.com;

    2. Goods excluded from free standard delivery benefits include big, oversize and bulky items (i.e. furniture and large items). Exclusions also apply to special order goods and goods sold by non-participating joonlo.com Marketplace sellers.

    3. Free delivery does not include express delivery, which is available for an additional fee.

  5. Free Trial

    1. To sign up to a free 3-day trial:

      1. you cannot be an existing member or have previously held a membership; and

      2. you must add the monthly trial subscription to your cart with any eligible purchase.

    2. By signing up to a free-trial, you will be eligible for  member benefits for 3 days from the day you sign up.

    3. You may cancel your free trial at any time during the trial period. If you fail to cancel before the end of the 3-day trial period, you will commence a monthly subscription that will be charged to your account.

    4. The free trial is subject to our 'Fair Use' policy outlined in clause 7.4.

    5. Free trials are linked to a user account and credit card. The same credit card cannot be used for a free trial on another account if it has already been used in connection with a free trial.

  6. Cancelling Your Subscription or Trial

    1. You can cancel your subscription or free-trial at any time by logging into your account on the desktop, mobile site or app, going into the tab of the My Account section and clicking 'Cancel My Subscription'.

    2. Your cancellation will take effect from the end of your then current subscription period.

  7. Modification and Termination and Fair Use

    1. We reserve the right to:

      1. modify or change the benefits of the service at any time;

      2. alter any fees charged for the service. Changes to fees will only take place when your subscription renews for another month or year.

    2. We will notify you of any changes, and you may cancel your subscription prior to such changes taking place. If the change negatively affects your use or benefits of the service, we will refund your subscription fee for the then current subscription term.

    3. Your continued use of Joonlo subscription after a notification of any change is made will constitute your acceptance of any such changes. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription within 14 days, whichever occurs first, by contacting us via email.

    4. Fair Use policy and breach: Where we suspect that you are abusing your member benefits by, for example, sharing your account with existing users, placing multiple or excessive single item orders or otherwise engaging in conduct is an abuse of your member benefits, the free trial (where applicable) or a breach of these terms and conditions, we may cancel your membership. Where we revoke a membership subscription for misuse or breach of these terms and conditions, subscription fees are not refundable.

    5. We also reserve the right to terminate your subscription at any time, without notice if we choose to stop providing the services. In such circumstances, you will be provided with a full refund of your subscription fee.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    1. In addition to the limitations, exclusions, indemnities and disclaimers in our standard terms and conditions, to the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Cyprus Consumer Law) in no event shall we, or any of our officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage arising from or connected to your Joonlo subscription, including any direct, indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages or losses, or any other costs, losses or damages or any kind related to this agreement. Our liability (whether in tort or contract) is, at a maximum, limited to the subscription fees paid by you for the current or latest subscription period.

    2. Nothing in this agreement is intended to limit or adversely affect any right which cannot be waived under the Cyprus Consumer Law.
